A late 19th/early 20th century Australian jarrah sideboard. The top section has a fabric lined cornice with scrolled pediment, the top doors have yew wood panels carved with Art Nouveau styling.  The upper cabinets are raised on turned supports terminating with a finial, and have turned gallery rails. There are four bevelled mirrors. The base section raised on tapering legs has a central glazed door over two drawers (constructed using hand cut dovetails), flanked on either side with two more doors with bevelled glass panels. This piece is well made and quite rare, a great investment in Western Australia’s History. Size: 220 high x 143 wide x 43 cm deep.
